Beer Barbeque Ghost Chili Marinade and Sauce
A brilliant Marinade to enjoy with friends

2 onions minced
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup of barbeque sauce
1 cup of ketchup
1-1/2 teaspoons Firehousechilli ghost chili powder
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup of your favourite Beer

cup of honey
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 Firehousechilli dried Ghost Chili pepper, crushed
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
tablespoon of black pepper

Serves: 6
Cooking Time: 2.25 min


1. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover your meat for at least 2 hours or overnight for a more intense flavour

2. Remove meat from marinade, and set aside.

3. Place marinade in a saucepan, bring to boil, reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes, or until thickened. Use as a sauce or baste your meat while cooking
